Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thevolleyballuniforms.com and your ordering relationship with The Volleyball Uniforms. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom Orders and Production

All products sold by The Volleyball Uniforms are custom-made to order. Production begins only after you provide written approval of the design mockup. Once production approval is granted, orders cannot be cancelled. Design changes cannot be made after production approval is signed.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change after the quote expiration period. Quotes are not binding orders — a binding order is created only after design approval and confirmation of payment terms.

3. Design and Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you have the right to use all logos, artwork, names, and other materials you submit for your order. By submitting artwork, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of producing your order. We retain the right to use images of completed products for our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

4. Sizing Responsibility

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all sizes submitted with your order before design approval. We are not responsible for sizing errors arising from incorrect measurements or roster submissions. Custom size replacements may be produced at additional cost.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Production timelines begin after written design approval. Stated turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by order complexity, material availability, or force majeure events. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once packages are in transit.

6. Returns and Replacements

Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. If a product contains a manufacturing defect or deviates materially from the approved design, we will replace the defective items at no cost. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use or loss of revenue resulting from late delivery or product defects.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York.
